RealDoll, a company that creates realistic AI sex robots, has announced the debut of the first-ever male sex robot that will be programmed to change his sexual orientation.
The company is famously known for creating sex robot Harmony back in 2019, which attracted significant attention for her real-life humanoid appearance and thick Scottish accent.
Henry the sex robot was announced over the weekend in a video posted on Instagram by company representative Brick Dollbanger. Matt McMullen, CEO of RealDoll’s subdivision Realbotix, showcased Henry and his abilities to replicate human actions such as holding a genuine conversation.
“The hardware is pretty good, so his robotic components are all working, everything is fine,” said McMullen in the first minute of the video. “What’s got to happen before he’s ready is that we need to complete the male iteration of the AI that is geared for a male.”
They explained that not only do they need to create more replicas of the male sex doll but create the sexual preferences that are expected to be programmed into their female sex dolls as well.
There are also plans to add “self-heating, self-lubricating erogenous zones” to the sex dolls in the near future. “Right now, we’re focused on getting the females [Harmony] out,” said McMullen. “As that starts to stabilise, we’ll definitely be putting our resources into advancing the male version of the AI…We also have to come up with that ‘bionic penis’ that everyone is reading about.”
If all goes to plan, Henry is expected to make his debut sometime next year, for all those with robotic sexual desires to enjoy.
