Briar’s Foraging Calendar
Briar’s Foraging Calendar
We’ve launched Briar’s Foraging Calendar with the current Summer months and will be adding each new season as it approaches. For now though, get stuck into June, July and August.

SUMMER
The fullest season, the crescendo of nature’s cyclical song.
Boughs hang low, heavy with fruit, and soft meadows bloom with colour. Birds soar, deer frolic, bees hum… and most Brits swelter in the cities.
If, like us, you prefer to ditch the bars and offices for the countryside, then now is the perfect time to dig into Briar. The country’s hedgerows, woodlands and fields burst with edible goodies and whether you are picking sweet white elderflowers or rooting around for damsons, foraging is the perfect way to enjoy the warm weather.
